Hi,
Can Jotform be used to give students feedback on their work (e.g., I set up a form for myself to fill in and it gets emailed to each student with individual feedback)?
Thank you.

Hi Clara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to give feedback to the student after they filled out the form. You will need to create an Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange navigation bar.
- On the left side menu, select Emails and hover your mouse over the +Add Email button then select Autoresponder Email.
- Under the Email Content, you can Customize it according to your desired Feedback Message.
- Then, click Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Is there a way to send forms with feedback to students, without the
students filing out a form first?

Hi Clara,
I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I'll get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi Clara,
To my understanding, you want to fill out the form first, for the feedback part, before sending it to the students for them to fill out the rest of the form. Is that right? This is possible by using the Manual Prefill. Let me walk you through this:
- In the Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Prefill from the left side window and click on Manual Prefill.
- Click on Add a New Prefill.
- Fill out the fields that you want to prepopulate and click on the Create button in the upper right corner of the page.
- To manage permission, click on Can Edit. You can choose between Can edit, users can edit the form, and Read Only, users can't edit the form.
There are different ways to send this:
First, is by copying the URL and sending it manually in your email.
- Still on the Manual Prefill page, click on the Three Dots icon beside Can edit.
- Select Copy URL.
Another one is by sending invitation:
You can also send the Prefilled URLs up to five respondents at a time. Let me show you how to do this:- Tick on the boxes of each Prefilled URL on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Send Invitation button on the upper right side of the page.
- You can add a Message. Then, click on the Send Invitation button.
Here's the result:
