Why can't I see all my emails that I have sent?

I have gone back 90 days, and they are not on there.

I'm very disappointed in your service not user friendly

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Would you like to review the email that was sent for the submission, or do you want to see the email address to which you shared your form or forwarded the submissions from the table?

If you want to check the history of the submission email that was sent or the email to which you have forwarded the submission, you can access it from your account email history. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
    2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
    3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

If you have shared the form via email, unfortunately, the email history will not display any logs for it. You can copy the link to the form and send it directly from your email account. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Then, click on the Copy Link. Can I embed the form on a website and/or have with its own hosted link? Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 52

That's it. Now, you can paste this link into the email body and send it to your users.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
