What are the inclusions of Gold plan?

    Can I get some information on upgrading our membership to the Gold level please?

    Hi Forests,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Gold plan includes:

    • 100 forms limit
    • 10,000 Monthly Submissions
    • 100 GB Available Space
    • 1,000,000 Form Views
    • 100,000 Total Submission Storage
    • 1,000 Fields per form
    • 1,000 Monthly Payment Submission
    • 1000 Signed documents

    Feel free to proceed with the upgrade, and please note that the remaining balance from your Silver Yearly charges will be automatically deducted from the total amount once your plan upgrade is completed. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

    Out of curiosity, are there more benefits such as help with building/troubleshooting forms when you upgrade at all?
