Can we add three approver on the approval flow using the starter plan?

Hello:

I am creating a form to be approved by several individuals in our organization. I have been unsuccessful in including more than two individuals in the "manage approvers" list. What I have read implies that I can add up to three people in my free account. Is this incorrect? Am I limited to two?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you with your manage approver's list. With the starter plan, you can only add two approvers. When you add the third approver, you will see the warning that to add more approvers, please upgrade your account. Here is a guide on how to use the approval flow. Let me share the screenshot below:

Thank you for your response, Gaud. I do not get a message when I am trying to add an additional approver. I may be on the wrong screen. However, I am wondering how many additional approvers are allowed with the bronze level. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi Theresa,

For paid plans including bronze, you can add up to 10 approver emails in the approval element. Also an alert message would show if you can't add anymore email address.
