My form is missing.

I need my form back asap!!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try checking your Trash folder to see if the form is there? I checked your app and can see that you have already added a form. But if you see your form on the Trash, you can easily recover it. Here's how:

1. Open My Forms.
2. Select Trash on the left side of the page.
3. Hover on the deleted form and click Restore.

Keep in mind that the system automatically deletes the trashed forms after 30 days. In this case, you can no longer recover them. You also cannot restore forms you intentionally purged from your Trash folder.
