Hi, in my form, which link is below, there is a problem with the claculation.
For the field called "N-S / E-O", I am supposed to have 16 possible entries for each option. However, I currently have 13 Nord-Sud and 11 Est/Ouest and the form indicates that the positions are full.
I deleted all entries in the cache.
Please help me as soon as possible.

Hi NormandDegre,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the issue on a cloned form but can't replicate it. I would not recommend deleting the submission. But if you want to reset the quantity space, you would have to delete the submission in the trashed entries.
You can also increase the number quantity in your widget. Just make sure to increase the total count. For example, if you want to add two more quantity, then you place {18}.
Can you double check your submissions for possible multiple entries? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Since I am using that form every week, I also created a clone for next week. But that does not solve my issue for this week. Every week, I delete the submissions from the previous week and I also empty the garbage can (cache).
It happens that I have duplicate entries and I remove tham as soon as I see them. However, that should not prevent the widget to go up to the quantity that was specified.

Hi NormandDegre,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi NormandDegre,
I got word from the relevant team. The Gift Registry widget tracks available stock on a separate caching mechanism. Deleting submissions will no longer work. As a workaround, we can only edit individual submissions via Jotform Inbox. As my colleague suggested in our previous reply, you can also add available stock via widget settings. To edit a submission via Jotform Inbox, here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder at the top of the page.
- Click on the Inbox.
- In Jotform Inbox, click on the submission that you want to edit.
- Click on the three-dot button at the top right of the page.
- Click on the edit option.
- Unselect the selection that you previously selected and click on the submit button on the form.
After this, check your form and run it. Then, you will see that the stock has been updated in the Gift Registry widget. Please see the screencast below:

OK. If I understand correctly, it means that I need to deselect the selected option for each submission individually?
I have 32 submission every week. There must be a better solution.
It has worked perfectly for many months. Why change it? Is there a replacement widget or another way to have a decreasing number of unit from a maximum.
Thank you
