Where to track the submissions of each of the forms?

My second question is, does jotform have a ticketing system or anywhere to keep track of each form?

Hi Danielle,

If you are referring to where you can find all the forms created on your account, you can do that on your My Forms page. But, if you are referring to where you can find the submissions made to your form, you can do that in the Submission Table. Let me show you:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
