I see that you have introduced an ability to create a mobile app from a Google Sheet (or something like that). What I want is a mobile app to display information in a Google Sheet. I don't need to collect information, just display it. Hopefully in a secure way. Will your new thing do that? Or is it just to fill out a form?

Reading my question, it does not seem clear. The mobile app needs to display information that is being stored in a Google Sheet. I hope that clarifies.

Thanks for your reply, but it does not answer my question. I did not communicate it very well. Imagine a Google Sheet that contains a list of attendees of an event, with several columns of information about each attendee, let's call them Name, ID Number, and Accommodation Type. I want to make an Attendee App where each attendee can display her own details. Basically, it's like a jotform, but the fields are filled out and displayed.

Hi Forms_Admin_formsadmin,
I didn't fully understand the request you are trying to make. Can you explain more how you would like to use the Google sheet in a Jotform app? Also, if you have any reference for the Attendee App that you mentioned you can chare it to use so we can understand your request much better.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Forms_Admin_formsadminReplied on July 26, 2024 at 1:30 AMThank you. I may be coloring outside of the lines here. One way to describe
this would be that it's like giving each event attendee access a form that
she has already filled out, and she can't change anything, but just display
her personal information. Google Sheets is just a way to store the data. I
could store the data anywhere.
A detailed description of the application is here
<https:>.
The main idea has been to develop it as a PWA in Oracle APEX, which is what
the underlying system is built on. But when I saw your mobile app based on
Google Sheets, I thought this might be another option, because development
capacity is limited, and I can easily pull the data into a Google Sheet.
Don't be afraid to tell me it's not what you do. I saw this as a long shot.
I appreciate your consideration.

Hi Forms_Admin_formsadmin,
To see your Google Sheet in your app, first create a form that includes the Google Sheet you want to display. Then, add this form to your app so people can view it. To prevent people from making changes, ensure the Google Sheet's sharing settings are set to Viewer role. Let me walk you through it:
First, let's create a form which includes your Google Sheet Document:
1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the page, click on Add Form Element.
2. Click on the Widgets tab and search for Iframe Embed and click on it.
3. Then, in the menu on the right side of page, click on Frame URL and paste the link of your Google Sheet Document.
1. In App Builder, on the upper left side of the page, click on Add Element.
2. Click on Form, and select the form you created for Google Sheets and click on Add Forms.
3. Click on the Gear icon next to the Form element and toggle the Show Form option to On.
Check out my screencast below to see how it looks on my end:

I don't want people to see the Google Sheet. If I did, I would just give them a link to the Google Sheet. I want people to see only their own individual information, which consists of one line from the Google Sheet. I don't think your tool is designed for my purpose. It's OK. A long shot, as I said. Thank you very much for your attention to this.
