My clients cannot submit my form

    Clients can fill out the form but submissions are not coming through, please help as this is a big issue for my business

    Hi Dianne,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I have looked into your account and saw that you have 67 submissions and I can see all of them in your Tables. I have also looked for your Email and saw that you are not on our bounce list and Jotform is sending Notification Emails to this address "info@gbbk.com.au".

    Did you get an email about a submission and couldn't see it in your Tables? Did you try to fill out your form, but the submission didn't come through? If that’s not exactly it, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    I can see the submissions but I have had multiple people explain the submit form button is not working. I have also tried this on multiple devices and they are not coming through.

    Info@gbbk.com.au is me, thats all working. And it has been since i created the form until today.

    Sorry, to clarify. I can see the previously submitted forms. As of today they are not working and i’m getting complaints

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and give us permission to do a test submission, so we can see what's going on.
