Form sent to participant is received as a draft

    Hi,

    on the 18th of July we sent a form to a client he responded and said he has it, however it is not showing in the history as sent.

    Also, we sent it again, but when he received it this time he said it was a draft, how did that happen?

    Hi Tracey,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's possible that the user click on the Save button instead of Submit. Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you?

    In the meantime, you can view the draft submissions of your form in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions. Form sent to participant is received as a draft Image 1 Screenshot 40
    2. To view the incomplete submission, click on View. That will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab:Form sent to participant is received as a draft Image 2 Screenshot 51
    3. If you want to delete the incomplete submission, click on Delete and confirm the deletion in the popup window that comes up.
    4. If you want to delete multiple incomplete submissions at once, choose the submissions in the list and click on Delete.
