Cannot login through iPAd on Jotform Mobile Forms app

    Hi Support,

    I am not able to login to Jotform application in IPAD even thought the password is correct.

    to confirm the password is correct. I am able to login using Web Service.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that it's in good standing status. Can you try updating your Jotform Mobile Forms app to the latest version through the App store? After that, please try logging in again. If the same thing happens, please share a screenshot with us of the login screen showing the error, as well as the details of the device you're using such as the model name, iPad software version, etc.
