PDF Reports no longer sends with the email alerts

    Why are the pdfs not attached to the emails, I have recently updated the form and then updated the PDF I wish to have sent attached to the emails.

    -I have been in and unchecked the send PDF saved it, then re-checked it and saved it but to no avail.

    Any help would be great the form identification is Pre Hire Assessment GC Plant Hire 2.0

    Hi Filip,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, please try creating a new PDF template in PDF editor, select that in your email alerts advanced settings, and try another test submission. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Quick Navigation button on the top left of the page and select PDF Editor.
    2. In PDF Editor, click on the New PDF tab, and select Default template.
