How to convert response into PDF, including the photo uploaded, and send to email contact

    I am using Jotform mobile app to gather photo and info subject to conditions. I want the responses (and only the responses including the photo) to be put into pdf format before sending to email contact, as the automatic reader at the other end deletes the photo. I need the photo in the document being processed.

    what is the fix for this? Can Jotform provide the full response as a pdf, or is there some way of formatting the photo so that it is not shown as an image?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our PDF Editor solution will help you convert your form's submission into PDF and include the respondent's uploaded photo into the PDF, while our Autoresponder solution will help you automatically attach the PDF file and send it to email contact. Let me walk you through how to set this up:

    PDF Editor is used to create PDF document of your form. This PDF document will be used to populate data that was gathered. There are two way to create your PDF document in PDF Editor:

    1. From My Form's page:

    a. In My Form, hover your mouse over the form you want to create PDF Document. 

    b. Click on More, then under Data section, click on Create PDF Document.

    c. You'll be directed to PDF Editor, where PDF document is automatically created for you.

    2. From PDF Builder: 

    a. In Form Builder, click on arrow bottom icon beside Form Builder's text.

    b. Click on PDF Editor. You'll be directed to PDF Editor, where PDF document is automatically created for you.

    You can also customize your PDF document using our PDF Editor as you preferred.

    Next, we'll need to add and configure Autoresponder setting. In Jotform, there are two email setting: Notification email and Autoresponder email.

    Notification email is used for static email address, in other words, the email address doesn't change for each submission. Autoresponder email is used for dynamic email address, in other words, the email address change for each submission, depending on the value inputted in Email field.

    Creating and configuring Autoresponder's setting is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Click on Email on the left sidebar.
    3. Click on Add Email.
    4. Select Autoresponder Email, and customize the email content.
    5. Click on Advance tab.
    6. Toggle Attach PDF on, and select the PDF document you had previously created.
    7. Scroll down below and click on Save, and that's it.
