How do I redirect an approved submission to specific emails based on a client's form responses?

    Here is the situation:

A Form is filled by the client and submitted.

The filled form first goes to Admin for approval. Once Admin approves the form, it is then sent (by email) in one of two directions, depending on the responses given by the client in the form prior to approval. If the client has answered yes to question C, the form--after being approved--will be emailed to person A. But if the client has answered no to question C, the form--after being approved--will be emailed to person B. Can you help me set this up?

Would I need to set up an OFFICE SECTION ONLY or ADMINISTRATION SECTION ONLY at the end of the form, with two options that the approver will tick to determine to whom the form will be emailed next?

    Hi Harry,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can simply implement this by adding a conditional branch to your approval flow based on their answers. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Jotform Approvals, click the Add Element button.

    2. Select Conditional Branch from the Logic Elements list.

    3. Add another Email field as there will be two options.

    4. Next, click Add Conditions and then Add New Branch to set the conditions for Yes and No.

    5. Click the 2 Select Branch button and select the Yes or No options.

Your approval flow should look like this after you set it up. When the approver approves the condition, an email is delivered based on the answer in Question C.
