Form within flow not triggering remainder of flow

Hi there

I have made the below flow which is working well, you can see an approval linking to the maintenace request form with prefill.

My team also need to complete the "maintenace request" form as a starting point and wish the flow to continue as shown, how do i make this work?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid you can only attach one approval flow on each form. You will need to create a second approval flow for your Maintenance Request form and continue the workflow from there. You can add the second form as a link to your email in the Approval flow here:
