If I delete my form submissions, does that reset my upload storage?

Hello, I'm planning to use Jotform for content ingestion. We'll be handing many GB of video file uploads. We're using an integration to move the files to Google Drive.

If we 'delete' the responses does that reset the storage usage? Can you explain how that pricing works.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleting your submissions will free up the upload space only, and will not reset your monthly upload limits. Upon checking your account, I saw that you're already over your upload file limit, which is 1,005.10 MB / 100.00 MB. Please check this guide to learn more about your account's usage and limitations.
