How to turn off Selected by default for a product

How can my people uncheck a box on my form? Two people were not able to uncheck a box. It is on my Split the Pot form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the product Split the Pot Single Entry? Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to uncheck or cancel the payment for the last submission as the transaction is complete. You can consider cancelling or refunding the payment directly on your Stripe account. To avoid users from submitting the form with the Split the Pot Single Entry default product, you can turn off the default option for this product. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Wand icon on the right side of the page to open Payment Settings.
• Click on the Pencil icon next to the product you want to change the price for.
• In the Basic tab scroll down and turn off Selected by Default.
