Form: How to save the message created when inviting users to fill out the form, and use it again?

When sending the form there is an option to send a message, is it possible to save this message as a template to use again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the message that you create when sharing the form via en Invite By Email option?

If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to save the message you create when sharing your form. You will need to recreate the message every time you share the form.

In addition to my reply above, you can also copy the message that you created, and save it into your desktop's Sticky Notes. This way, if you want to use it again, you can simply copy and paste it from there.
