    Hi J,

    Thanks for using Jotform. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. 

    Please make sure to use your laptop/desktop to cancel your current subscription. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Once you're logged in, click on your Avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Select Billings in the menu on the left side of the page.

    3. Click on Change Plan right next to My Plan.

    4. Lastly, select the Starter (Free) plan and follow the instructions on your screen.

    If you're using Paypal as your payment method, you might also need to cancel it in your PayPal account. We have a guide on How to Cancel Your PayPal Subscription that you can check out.
