Hi Kate,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just checked the email address that you have used to create your reply, and I was unable to pull any Jotform account. Could you share with us the link of the concerned form so that we can check it out? Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Click on Copy Link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Kate,
I checked the form and it seems that Salesforce integration was integrated successfully. Can you try submitting the form again and check if the submission went through your Salesforce account? If not, can you try removing the integration and add it back again? Check out the image below:
Once done, send another submission to your form and check if it went through your Salesforce account.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jovanne,
I just opened the form in an incognito tab and it worked and integrated with Salesforce.
I will ask the testing users to try again tomorrow to make sure its working. When I edited the submissions they made today they sent through perfectly, they just didnt work when they first submitted the form.
I will retest and let you know
Thanks
Kate
