    Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As of this time, we don't offer phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Forum Thread from the Contact Us page.

As for your question, choosing the best JotForm plan for your needs depends on several factors, including the volume of form submissions, the number of forms you need, storage requirements, and additional features you might require. You can check this guide on account usage and limits to better understand the their difference. Please visit our Pricing page to get more information about each plan's features.

For your follow up question, when it comes to functionality even our starter plan has most most of the features that paid subscriptions have to offer. With regards to the dropdown concern, note that the starter plan has the capability to create a dropdown field based on your scenario and can also add fields that can be hidden and shown depending on the response of the submitter. Let me show how easy it is:

    1. On the left side of your My Forms page, click on the orange Create Form button.
    2. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Under the Basic tab, choose the elements you want to use and drag and drop them to your form.
    4. In the sample below, I added a dropdown field where you would place your existing agents,
    5. I then added a single choice element, so that I can set up conditions on the form that will hide the add new agent field if in case they are already on the dropdown list.
    6. Last field that I added was a short text field. This is the field where I am going to add the new agents

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Dropdown field inside your form.
    2. Click on the cogwheel, so that you can open the dropdown field properties.
    3. Go to the Options tab, inside the option box, input the names of your agents per line.
