Billing: Got charged with tax after changing the payment method on the account.

    Hi - we recently changed our card on file and when we did it changed the invoice to include tax (we are tax exempt). Can we please update the account accordingly so that it reflects no sales tax? Also, how would we go about getting the credit for the month of tax charged?

    Hi FCFCU,

    We received an update from the Billing Team, that the tax has been refunded, and your account has been set to Tax-Exempt, so you will no longer be charged for tax in the future.
