How to get one PDF copy for three different forms?

I have a simple flow. The flow is one form split into three. 1st form is completed by Employee. Once completed sends email based on email field where First aider can fill their part then sends another email to manager who completes his part. All forms are prefilled from previous form. This all works well. The issue I have is that upon completion it sends an email. This email is perfect and contains all information from all 3 forms including signatures. How can I get this in PDF form instead of in email body.

    Hello Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the screenshot you uploaded, could you please upload it again using this guide so that we can better understand the request?

Also, because it involves multiple forms, could you please confirm which of your active forms are involved in the workflow so that we can determine whether your request is possible? Let me show you where to get the link to your form:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Publish button.
    2. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your form URL.

We also have a guide about Where to Find Your Form URL that you can check out.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hello Joseph,

If you want to receive an Email Notification or send an Autoresponder to your respondents after they fill out your last form with a PDF attachment, you can enable the Attach PDF option in your Email Notification and Autoresponder. Let me show you how to add one in your form:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Next, select Autoreponder. ( The same steps apply if you want to enable this option for Email Notification as well).

    5. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    6. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

Now, you or your respondents will get an Autoresponder Email and a PDF attachment after they fill out your form. We also have a guide about How to Include Submissions as PDF Attachment in the Email Notifications that you can check out.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello Joseph,

Things are much clearer now. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this and check its possibility. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hello Joseph,

Unfortunately, combining all form fields in one PDF is currently not possible. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
