Subscription: Summer sale plan upgrade.

Hello, I received an email to upgrade with the option of saving 50% on three plants. The first plan was a Bronze plan, t wh he second plan was a silver plan and the third a gold. The first is priced at $19.50 a month the second at $24.50 a month and the third $64.50 a month however when I follow this link and go to check out the prices change, I would like this price honored and I would like to select the second option at $24.50 a month. Paid monthly. Why is this happening?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like you have received the Summer Sale Discount email. The 50% Summer Sale discount is only applicable for upsells. If you upgrade your plan to the Silver Yearly plan, you will get a 50% discount.

Please note that the Offer does not apply to Jotform Enterprise. The 50-percent yearly discount is a one-time offer when upgrading to an annual Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan. Plans will auto-renew at the full price one year after the discount is applied, depending on which option is selected. Once your purchased discount period is over, plans can also be adjusted to the full-priced monthly plan, unless canceled. If you cancel your account within 30 days of initial payment, a full refund will be issued. Cannot be combined with other offers. HIPAA compliance features are only available with a Gold plan.

Yes, I understand this and would like to purchase at Silver plan at the offer that was provided to me as you can see in the attachment however, again when I go to check out, the price increases.

Can you take a screenshot of the check-out page and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. The 50% discount should automatically be applied to your payment once you upgrade. In addition, keep in mind that the 50% discount only applies to the annual subscription and will return to the regular price once the annual subscription expires.

I saw in your screenshots that you've chosen the monthly option for the Silver plan as your payment schedule. Take note that the Summer Sale discount is only available for annual plans. The $24.50/month rate is based on the annual subscription, so you'll be billed at the discounted rate for the entire year. Also, you can check out our Discount page to see if you're qualified for Non-profit discount, Educational discount, and G2 Users discount.
