How can I trigger the emails after successful paypal payment?

    Right now a buyer can fill out the form, be redirected to paypal to pay but if they don't choose to go back to merchant page(after paying) from paypal the jotform emails are not triggered.


    How can I get them to trigger after paypal payment just in case they don't go back to the merchant page(which is the thank you page)?

    The emails are supposed to be triggered even when the 'Return to Merchant' button is not used.

    Please kindly make sure that a 'Receive IPN messages' option is enabled in your PayPal account, see:
