Why subscription is no longer 50% discount?

I thought the first email I got about this was spam, but it looks like it wasn’t?

Not sure what’s going on, but when I try upgrade the price is going back to the default rate (I was on a promo rate)

Can you fix please so I can pay?

Hey Con - Can you show us what you received in your email? If this is the end of the year's sales discount, it's unfortunately ended last January 11, 2019 so you will not be able to upgrade to 50% discount.

Yes, the special was for only the year you subscribed for. I can see in your account that you subscribed for the 50% discount last year in 2018 for a period of 1 year.

There was another 50% discount promo towards the end of 2018 that expired on January 11, 2019, as my colleague mentioned above but it has since expired.

No don’t worry, I will go elsewhere

The full price plan is too expensive and there are other alternatives.
