Autoresponders are not being sent

    The autoresponder emails are not being sent/received for my Planning Assessment form. How do I correct this? I am receiving notification that they have filled and submitted the form.

    Hi Helen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your autoresponders are not being sent to their intended recipients because they are not properly configured. This means that if the conditions are not met, the conditional emails will not be delivered. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Settings at the top.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left side corner.
    3. Hover your cursor over the conditions and select the Pencil icon to edit each one.

    Now, set the conditions as shown in the screenshots below:

    Thanks for your reply. I made the recommended adjustments. I tested it with 2 emails and it appears to work fine, but when a friend tested it even though I got the email to say she had completed the form, she got no email. She tried with 2 different emails with the same result!
