Hello,
For some reason the signatures are not showing up on the emails when a form is submitted to both the email submitter and me. I can see the signature in Jotform.
I can also see it in the pdf.
I have seen the signatures in the email before but not anymore and i'm wondering why

I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue.
Could you please confirm and let us know if the issue still persists? Also, could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?
By the way, I cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue.

Hi, I actually have several forms and im not sure of which one i sent the screen shot of. The signature does not show up in the emails for any of them, but these forms have all mostly been cloned. lets use this form. Its Titled Steven Meldgin timesheet https://form.jotform.com/90207133835149

I sent a test submission to the form. Could you please check the email notification if the signature is showing?
The autoresponder is working fine on my end, see screencast below.
Let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

Hey moegreen22 - The issue should be fixed now. I tried to open the email on Incognito/Private mode and was able to replicate the issue.
I unchecked the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your account settings and it is now showing. Could you please check and confirm?
