Will we be able to facilitate credit or debit card payments without using Paypal or other third party collection systems?

We are putting together a community group in our town to help seniors stay in their homes. To do this properly we will be creating an electronic sign up sheet for people signing up to join, and perhaps make a payment on line.

I have two sales questions please - 

1- If we have crash problems with a form that we create on Jotform, is there telephone support? I use some heavy software programs, and having phone support at a critical time is a must.

2- Will we be able to facilitate credit or debit card payments without using Paypal or other third party collection systems?
