How to add the configurable list widget email field as email recipient

    Hello

I made a form using the "Configurable List Widget" and used some fields for name and email. I needed to create a way to send responses by email to the emails registered in this field, but for some reason it doesn't work, I imagine that when adding the recipient, it understands the entire question field as a single recipient.

Would you know how to get around this problem, if it is possible to make only a specific text box in this widget read as a recipient?

    Hi Lucas,

Thanks for reaching you to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the email value of the configurable widget or any widget. You would have to use the basic fields such as Short text, Long text or email field to get the recipient email.

A workaround would be to use the basic fields. You can ask how many individuals there are, and you can show the number of fields based on the answer. You can use the Multi-line question to be able to ask multiple line question in one card. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form builder, add a Dropdown field to ask how many individuals.

    2. Then add multiple Multi-line question with the Name, Email and Phone elements.

    3. Hide the field and use Show condition to show the fields based on the number of individual
    4. You can map each email field of the multi-line question to your autoresponder email.

You can check out this guide on how to display multiple question in one card.

Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.
