Hello,
Currently I have about 25 forms or so I want to recreate and move away from the adobe download format. Can you tell me if with your software incorporate my Domain name. I want the have it look like the forms are on my site.
Thanks,

You cam embed the form to your web page, so users will fill out the form via your web site:
Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
Alternatively, you can use your custom domain with JotForm, here is how:
How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform
The method will work with http only, but we provide more advanced custom domains option for Enterprise users: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.
