We're noticing that answers are sorted differently on a computer than on a mobile device. Thanks.

Could you please explain further? Are you referring to sorting submissions data? Or data in a specific field? Please share a screenshot to illustrate what you mean: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Hi - I'm referring to the way answer choices are displayed for a question while taking the survey. While building the form, on screen I can drag and drop to sort them into an order that makes sense but when they display on a mobile device, the order is different. It might be helpful to understand how JotForm sorts question answers, e.g. is it left most column, top to bottom then next column to the right, top to bottom, or is it top row, left to right and then next row left to right, so on and so forth. Does that make sense? Or is there a proper way to sort question answers, i.e. alphabetically, numerically, specifying a sort order, etc.? Thanks.

Are you referring to this?
Desktop view:
Mobile view:
Please note that the order is defined by you, they will be displayed in the order you have entered the items. So, for desktop view, the order goes horizontally, and vertically for mobile view.
