Hi RunOurCity,
Thanks for using Jotform. I checked your form, and it seems like that you've already added the PayPal integration to your form, are you having issues with connecting your PayPal account? If that's the issue, you can just follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Payment element, and click on the Wand icon next to it.
2. Enter your PayPal account to the opening menu on the right.
3. Click on the green Save button at the bottom. -

Hi Blake,
Thanks for your response.
I read your solution for the new form and I can't use the Paypal on my existing form
https://www.jotform.com/build/241883224574461
and I can't reach the "credit card" button to reset it as below,
can you help check the backend and let me know how can I fix it ?
Thanks

Hi RunOurCity,
I see that your formed is properly connected to your PayPal account, and I see that all off your conditions but one have missing fields so that these conditions can't apply, as shown below. Let me show you how to check that out.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the left panel, select the Conditions tab. Then, you'll see the warning in red saying that some have been deleted which are required for the condition.
As a consequence, when I tried to fill your form, I wasn't able to reach the last page where the payment field might be displayed to submit the form.
You might need to fix these conditions to make the form and its payment integration to work as expected.
Reach out again if the issue stills after having fixed the conditions.
