Can I use previous custom form URL

I changed my link to have a different name but now its reading form has been deleted and when i try and adjust the link name it says slug already in use. Can you check? Also if possible, can you rename it to read the correct name. The link has been emailed to our customers and I do not want to change it.

The Jot form is Online Obituary

https://form.jotform.com/RoseHillsTeam/online-obituary

I need it to read:

https://form.jotform.com/RoseHillsTeam/OnlineObituary

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, once the custom URL slug is changed the previous URL link will no longer work. I suggest to send the custom URL link below to your users and it will route the users to your form:
