How to view the incomplete submisison?

Is it possible to send information collected from an incomplete form? Fo example on the screenshot, the address is collected, is it possible to receive the info if the consumer doesn't complete the rest of the form?

Or if not, can you create a 2-step form to capture the address 1st and then the contact info?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Save and Continue Later feature. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar.
2. In the Form Settings tab, scroll down and click on the Show More Options button.
3. Go to the Save and Continue Later section, click the dropdown, and select Enabled.

If you want to edit your Save and Continue Later Email, it is located under the Save and Continue Later section. See screenshot below:

If a consumer saves - will I be notified of a partial form submission?

Hi Ed,

When your form filler saves the draft submission, they will receive an email to continue with their partial filled out form. But, you won't be notified for that. However, you can check their incomplete submission of the form from your Jotform table. It's really easy to view your Incomplete Submissions. There are 2 ways to do it, let me show you how:

For the first way:

• Open your My Forms page and choose your form.
• In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on Submissions. That's it.

For the second way:

• Click on the More menu on the right side of your form.
• In the Data column, choose Submissions.

• Click on the Three Dots icon, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.

• To view the incomplete submission, click on View. That will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab:

• If you want to delete the incomplete submission, click on Delete and confirm the deletion in the popup window that comes up.
• If you want to delete multiple incomplete submissions at once, choose the submissions in the list and click on Delete.



You can also check out our more detailed guide about this here. Do note that the incomplete submission will be saved only for the 2 months from the date of the draft submission is created. After that, the system will automatically delete that particular draft submission, and you won't be able to recover.
