Hello, I upgraded my account from free to bronze due to your promotional email sent 28/12/2018, subject: ⏰ Final days to get your 50% discount!
However, when I clicked through it appeared to process my subscription at $19/month rather than the advertised rate of $9.50/month.
Could you either apply the promotional rate as advertised or cancel my subscription? I like your service but am not interested at present in upgrading at full rate as I may not use the service for a few months and purchased it only due to the price promotion.

Upon checking, the last subscription payment you made has already been refunded and your account has been downgraded to FREE, it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
You can now upgrade to the discounted price.
