How to display a message if the answer is correct or wrong right after the users answer a question?

I know you have a "turn your form into a quiz" app but the look is not at all like Jotforms style. I really love what I've built here: https://www.jotform.com/build/241845567169267 and I added the calculation values, however, I would love for the widget to show if the answer is right or wrong right away or add a widget at the bottom showing the right and wrong answers alongside the score.

Can this be done?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to display a message confirming if the user's answer is correct or wrong right after answering it, you can do the workaround below:

• Add two Paragraph fields next to the question and add the message for correct and wrong answers.

• Add these Show/Hide Field Conditional Logic to display the correct message based on the user's answer:

Here's the result:

Repeat the process for all the questions on your quiz form.

Thank you! Quick question: With your solution, the submitters will have the option to go back after seeing they got the answer wrong and fix it to be correct. This will result in them always getting 100% scores. I would love to get the stats on the wrong answers. Is there a workaround to know that?

Unfortunately, we don't have other work around about your requirement. We would have to use the quiz app to show the correct and incorrect answers.
