I continue to be charged monthly for an account I have tried to downgrade to the free account for three months in a row. This is incredibly frustrating. I don't want to post a question to a forum, I want to speak to customer service ASAP.

To ensure your subscription is fully cancelled, cancel it via the PayPal dashboard. Here is more information regarding how to do so:

I checked our billing logs and I do see the downgrade notice sent back in October but for some reason the subscription didn't downgrade. I have sent a request to refund your last 3 months of payments. You should see a refund of $58.50 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
