Hi there,
I just saw your email newsletter and got extremely excited when I saw the Reminder Emails. I immediately went into one of my forms to add it and didn't see the option.
Do you know when the new feature will appear in the forms?
Thanks,
Alissa

Please let us know if you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/82963566339168
I am able to see that option in your form. You will have to go to the Publish page, select Emails and then Schedule a Reminder email.

OK thanks! Just curious if there is a way to send a reminder to someone that fills out your form on a date based on a date on the form.
And yes, the form you attached is for a class that we give. Hoping a reminder email could be sent to a participant a few days prior to the class...
FYI - this is a valid link to make the form above work:
Thanks,
Alissa

As of now, the Reminder email feature will require the date to be set by the Form owner. You can manually set the date based on a specific date mentioned in the form.
You can send the reminder email to your participants a few days prior based on the guide provided in my previous response.
Do let us know if you require any further assistance.

Hi there,
You say "You can send the reminder email to your participants a few days prior based on the guide provided in my previous response." but I don't see where it outlines that in the guide. Can you please let me know where in the guide it shows that?
Thanks,
Alissa

As you can see the point #4 in the guide, the email addresses of the participants to be added manually in the To field. Please see the screenshot below:
Thanks!

Yes, I saw that but that's not the person that filled out the form. How can you send a reminder email to the person that filled out the form?
Thanks agian,
Alissa

Do you mean to send a reminder for the email address already filled in the form which is not submitted or saved in a session? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment with the current setup. We may be able to send a feature request to our backend team for evaluation.
If you are referring something else, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.

I don't understand what this means:
Do you mean to send a reminder for the email address already filled in the form which is not submitted or saved in a session?
Again, I am referring to the person filling out the form.
Thanks,
Alissa

Hey Alissa - I marked your thread as private. The REMINDER EMAILS feature recently rolled out is not capable of sending the reminders to the email that was filled out through your form. The recipients had to be hard-coded, meaning you have to type them in manually.
So, I decided to elevate your thread as a feature request. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.
We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.
For the time being, please have a look at the SEND EMAILS LATER feature of AUTORESPONDERS. This should allow you to send follow up emails to your respondents when needed, and since it's an autoresponder, it will always be sent to the person who filled out the form.

Hi there,
So I was trying to do this based on the link you sent me and I can't seem to get it to work. I created a CLONE of my form to work with it:
https://form.jotform.com/83533531651151
Can you please see if you can get this to work? I created a hidden date field called "Reminder Email Date" and tried to create a calculated condition to equal "Date of Class" minus 7 days.
I even tried creating a numeric field to show me the value of the date of class, but I can't figure this out.
Please feel free to TEST this form using the following link:
This test link will product a class date of 12/28/2018 and I am trying to get the reminder email to send 7 days prior (which would be 12/21/2018). I wanted to use that date so that I can see if I get the reminder email tomorrow.
Please help!
Thanks,
Alissa

I moved your last post to a separate thread to avoid confusion:
