Hello, i have had a couple clients fill out my application form and have had trouble submitting. Once they submit, it says there’s and error uploading a photo (which there shouldn’t have been) and the link to “go back” send them to the beginning of the application and nothing is saved so they have to do it all over again. How do i fix this?

I cloned your form, and ran many tests and faced the same issue with the file upload fields. I tried clearing forms cache multiple times, and even deleted all of the upload fields, and added new ones, but the same issue persisted:
