Phone number field is not being populated in Highrise integration

    The Jotform integration with Highrise is not working. I am unable to populate the Work Phone field.

    Hi thepuresolution,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that there are multiple form fields on your form being sent to Highrise. Could you check and make sure that the phone number field has the same format below with Highrise:

    In Highrise, the phone field is just an alphanumeric field.

    Hi thepuresolution,

    I looked into your form and verified that you've turned on the Input Mask function for the phone number. This prevents the information from getting passed over to Highrise. Once you disable this, the integration should work. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on your Phone Number field.
    2. Then, click the gear icon that'll appear beside it.
    3. Go to the Options tab and make sure to turn the Input Mask to OFF.
