    Hello,

My coworker, Kate Zurn, is trying to change her account type from Form User to Starter (FREE). She went to the Pricing Page, selected Get Started under the Starter FREE option, and clicked on the billing page link it brought her to. However, then she could not do anything to change her account, please see the attached screen shot for where it sent her. Help would be most appreciated!

    Thank you,

Tom Hupf on behalf of Kate Zurn kzurn@mediationwcrc.org

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Kate doesn't have an existing Jotform account. The "Form User" account type means that someone used the email address, which is kzurn@mediationwcrc.org, to a form. You can advise her to delete that account by looking first for her Jotform email that has a verification link, use it to set up the account, and she can delete it. Let me show you how to do it:

Take note, that it'll delete all the forms and data.

    1. In My Forms, click on Profile Avatar on the upper-right part of the screen.
    2. Click on Settings below Admin Console.

    3. Click on the Account tab on the left part of the screen.

    5. Pop-up modal will show, click on Yes, Delete.

    6. Type your password on Please Enter Your Password field.
    7. Click on Verify.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

After step 3, clicking on the Account tab, the displayed screen only includes: Account Type, Password, Name and Email, with the ability to Edit the name being the only option available, as shown in the screen shot that was provided in the original email requesting support. She does not have any more info or options available to her.
