I want my customers to be able to respond using another form

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want your customer to fill the other form after receiving their autoresponder email? If so, you may include the link to the second form by editing the template of the autoresponder email. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

Not sure I understand your answer Kiran. Basically when my customers get the first form in a email. It’s basically a uneditable filled out information
i want them to be able to respond by using a form as listed

I am sorry that I still did not understand your requirement correctly. Do you mean to embed the other form in the email? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to embed the form in the email. You may place a link to the second form in the email so that the users can click on it to open and submit it.
