My account was suspended because I guess I made a question that asked for a user's login info. I own an email marketing agency which requires me to either have them add me as a user to their email service provider or provide me with their login info for me to manage their email marketing channel.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Client Onboarding Questionnaire that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.
I've deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
