Emails aren't receving after form submissions.

    The notification and auto responder email doesn't seem to be working.

    Hi acsupportbiz,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address: support@astrolink.biz, and it appears that the email was on our bounce list. I've gone ahead and removed it from our bounce list. It also appears that you are sending autoresponder emails using the short text field rather than the email field. Can you try to add an email field to your form? Let me show you how:

    • In Form builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the email field, and then drag and drop them onto your form.

    Now, add email field in your autoresponder recipients. Let me show you:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and click on Emails in the menu on the left.
    2. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder Email and click on the Pen icon.
    3. Under the Recipients tab, add email field in Recipient Email menu.
