Driving Distance Calculator widget: Prefilling the "To" field of the widget with the value from the Address field

I have done a search on how to implement this, and have come across requests to implement this since 2015 but it has not been implemented yet. Example

I have an inquiry form for my business, part of it involves performing background calculations to prepare the price quoted for all the services they select. I also charge customers by distance and wanted a way to automatically determine the distance from my office, to the location the customer wants my services. I have successfully made the widget work manually, but I need this to be a background calculation and do not want the customer working on this yield, so I plan on hiding it.

The widget currently has the capability to set an originating location, which I have set to be my office. In the beginning of my form, I have my leads enter the location they need services, which is the field I want to forward/pre-fill into the "To" field in the "Driving Distance Calculator" widget. I have tried using conditions, but since the conditions field does not see the "To" field, it doesnt input it.

I believe this widget would be more useful if it the fields can by dynamic by allowing us to input values into the fields from other fields within the form, or from other forms all together.

Is there a current work around to being able to achieve this? If so, I am open for it, but right now it looks like I need to use Zapier/Make triggers with custom code to use the APIs to calculate this.

Unfortunately, we can't insert a value into the Driving Distance Calculator widget using conditional logic. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
