Sign Document not loading.

    Hello, I’m contacting you guys because the document that you sent is not loading. Is there a way to solve this issue?

    Hi Alexandria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send to us a screenshot of what you are seeing after clicking the Review & Sign Document button on the invitation email? We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    I also suggest clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser.
