    Hi Kariwala,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the form, I was able to see that the QC Inspector field is a blank field and also not required to get filled, so the user can submit the form without filling out the field. You can make the field required to make sure they need to fill it out. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the QC Inspector field.
    2. Click the Gear icon to open the Field Properties.
    3. Under General tab, click the Required Field to enable it.

That's it. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

You not understand my question. my question is not about whether the field is required to filled or not. my question is that even after filling the field, that particular column in the table still appears blank. I have tried this so many times. Please you try it once and solve the problem.

    Hi Kariwala,

This is a strange behavior. But based on the length of your form, I can attribute it to the number of text boxes in it that it fails to capture already the QC inspector fields in it. Is there in any way for you to reduce the number of input tables in your form?

As soon as we hear back from you will help you more with this.

No, I can't. actually all are necessary fields. but I can do one thing. I will move the QC inspector field from the bottom to the top. Maybe then it will get filled in the table.

    Hi Kariwala,

Unfortunately, the post data for your post data submissions is affected by the post max size setting of the server. I'm not sure if moving the fields to the top would work, but this also means that the input tables at the lower part of your form will not be able to capture the data entered by your form users.

In any case, let me forward this to the developers to see if there is a way form them to increase this. But let's not put our hopes up on this. So I will still suggest that if you cannot reduce the number of fields in your form, perhaps you can divide them into multiple forms and just move from one form to another after submission.

We'll keep you posted once we have updates on this.
