Form: Amount of the item changes when the form is shared to multiple people.

    Hello!

    I have been using the below template for my customers and noticed that each time I send it out to multiple clients it changes the clients rate on the template to the customer before the latest customer I sent it to. Basically each time I update the form it updates the form for all my clients. Please advise how to avoid this.

    Hi Qiana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, are you referring to the Non-Refundable Deposit? If so, I cloned your form and sent it to my personal email address, and it appears that the amount is the same. Check out this screenshot below:

    Can you provide us with the email address to whom you shared the form and a screenshot of the amount when that person accessed the form? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Also, if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

    Hello!
    Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up cloning the entire contract and generating a new link for my new client. This seemed to have resolved the issue of the link I sent you initially being overridden with the newest client  rates... For example, the initial link I sent you was for a contract for $200.00 with a $100.00 Deposit. When I was trying to use the same template and just update the rate to $250.00 for the next client with a $125.00 deposit it updated the contract for client number 1 because they shared the same jotform link, is the conclusion I came up with...
