Unable to access the created report.

Hi,

I've created reports for my survey in Jotform. Why could't I view/edit all my survey reports now? 'Unauthorized Access', it says, when I tried to view, and 'unexpected error...' when I tried to edit.

In fact, I currently use exactly the same account as what I used when creating those reports. I can still edit the FORM, but not the REPORT.

Could you guys tell me what's been wrong? I share the report to my colleague, and he could access it, while I, the owner, couldn't.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I visited the link to your report, and I saw that the report is under your account, so you should be able to edit it. Can you try logging out from your account, and then logging back in? If you encounter the same issue, please try using a different browser or a different device, and let us know how it goes.

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks for the response. I have tried both. Logging out and loggin in, then did the same thing using different browser (Chrome and Edge), but I still couldn't access the Report. 'Unauthorized Access' when I tried to view it, and 'An unexpected error occurred' when I tried to edit the report.

It's kind of frustrating. I'm looking forward to getting the solution immediately.

I went ahead and escalated this issue to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
